Staff/student soccer game
This afternoon students had the opportunity to watch an all-school soccer game between staff and the 8th grade soccer teams. It was a great game and fun to watch!
New Groups
Starting Monday we are going to be mixing up classroom groupings for core classes. Homeroom groups will stay the same. We have discussed this with students and will share the new traveling groups on Monday. We will be trying to do this for each quarter of the year.
Conferences
We are looking forward to meeting with you at conferences over the next few weeks. The document to sign up for a conference can be found here. We have a few options available so please check the dates and times carefully. You can sign up with Ms. Viens or Mrs. Greenwood, or there are some slots available if you’d like to meet with both of us.
For the first set of conferences this year we are offering 15 minute time slots. If you don’t see a time that works for you please let us know and we can make something work. Students are not required to attend but have the option. The focus will be on student’s transition to 5th grade, updates on student progress, and to address any questions or concerns.
